We all need a beacon
the light that guides us home
On lonely cold nights warm our hearts and
give us hope to keep going
Help us find our way home.

We all need a beacon
That one light that shines through the dark
To navigate the darkness and uncertainties
To keep our faith strong and keep us sailing
Give us the strength to make it home.

We all need a beacon
That little spark of light that beckon us from a distance
To reassure us that we are on the right path
The path that leads home.
