Oh yes, for sure... it's like we always say... it is far easier to look for another job when you already have one! There is a lack of stress and pressure that allows the the space and freedom to be more selective, more relaxed in our decision-making. The same applies when an outcome is not critical to our lives and we both want it and don't want it. When we are more blase or have feelings of ambivalence, we are not so concerned with the fear of rejection or mistake, because in the end it does not matter and does not impact one's life in any drastic manner.
