Espero que estén súper bien. Hoy les comparto estas fotitos de mi outfit y maquillaje para mi reciente participación en la competencia de música de @VIBES en su semana 10.
Para cantar “Arcade” de Duncan Laurence, hice este maquillaje buscando un estilo dramático para meterme en el personaje y la temática de la canción, y ofrecer una interpretación emotiva como lo merecía esta pieza.
Me hice un delineado más grande, acorde a mi párpado caído, y me sentí muy orgullosa. No es fácil de hacer; unos días me sale y otros no, pero ese día tuve mucho éxito jaja. Normalmente no empezaría por el delineado, pero como me parece que es la parte más difícil, lo hice primero y luego, después de agregar las demás cositas, retocaría lo que se hubiera desordenado un poco.
Después del delineado, agregué sombras brillantes en tonos morados, lo cual es parte de mi maquillaje casi diario. Además, utilicé rubor en forma de “C” para darle una forma más alargada a mi carita redondita jaja. Luego finalicé con mis labios, donde usé una tinta hermosa que cada día aprendo más a aplicar. Para lograr un toque de color pastel, me puse un poco de corrector encima. Aunque no lo usaría para salir a la calle (porque termina cuarteándose en mis labios jaja), para la escena quedó perfecto y me gustó el resultado.
En cuanto a mi outfit, usé un vestido negro para dirigir más la atención hacia mi interpretación, emotividad y voz. También agregué unos zarcillos de luna, que son pequeños pero brillantes, y que me encantan. Los combiné con un collar con pedrería en negro, que hacía juego con el vestido y toda la escena.

I hope you’re doing great. Today, I’m sharing these photos of my outfit and makeup from my recent participation in the @vibes music competition during its 10th week.
To sing Duncan Laurence’s “Arcade,” I created this makeup look aiming for a dramatic style to immerse myself in the character and theme of the song. I wanted to deliver an emotional performance that did justice to this beautiful piece.
I went for a bolder eyeliner, suited to my hooded eyelids, and felt really proud. It’s not easy to achieve; some days it works, and others it doesn’t, but that day was a success, haha.
Normally, I wouldn’t start with the eyeliner, but since I find it the trickiest part, I tackled it first. After the eyeliner, I added bright purple eyeshadows, which are part of my almost daily makeup routine. I also used blush in a “C” shape to elongate my round face haha. Finally, I finished with my lips, using a beautiful lip tint that I’m still learning to apply better each day. To achieve a pastel touch, I dabbed a bit of concealer on top. Although I wouldn’t wear this lip look out on the street (because it tends to crack on my lips haha), it worked perfectly for the scene, and I loved the result.
As for my outfit, I wore a black dress to direct more attention to my performance, emotions, and voice. I also added small but sparkling moon-shaped earrings that I adore. These paired well with a black gemstone necklace, complementing the dress and the overall scene.
