Uno de los espacios más concurridos de mi casa y desde donde ocurren las mejores conversaciones a cualquier hora del día, con los mejores olores abriendo el apetito, que desde muy temprano el olor a café recién colado se mete en cada rincón diciendo buenos días.

Luego del colegio nos íbamos a casa de la abuela y todo ocurría en la cocina. Siempre estaba allí, pendiente de la hora para cocinar, si no en el mueble con un cafecito dispuesta para una conversa.
Desde su cocina los olores a guisos, arepas, sofritos, majarete, se esparcía por toda la casa, Mmmm que recuerdos... esa mujer blanca, robusta, de ojos grises, cabello largo y canoso, con su cebolla en el pelo fue la precursora de mi gusto por cocinar. Desde la sencillez creaba delicias.
En mi casa era igual, la cocina el lugar predilecto, el comedor frente a la cocina, lugar para hacer tareas, jugar o conversando mientras mamá cocinaba. Cocinar fue una gran herencia para mi y mis hermanos

In my house it was the same, the kitchen was the favorite place, the dining room in front of the kitchen, a place to do homework, play or talk while mom was cooking. Cooking was a great inheritance for me and my siblings.

En este pequeño espacio amoroso se crea cada receta de mi blog. Aquí todo está a la mano con mis instrumentos mágicos: desde mi cuchara de madera, mi cuchillo favorito, mis platos blancos.
Recuerdo cuando era pequeña, mi mamá se levantaba temprano para ir a trabajar y sobre el mesón, nos dejaba el desayuno preparado, la arepa junto con el atol.

In this little space full of love all the recipes of my blog are created. Here everything is at hand with my magic tools: from my wooden spoon, my favorite knife, my white plates.
I remember when I was a little girl, my mom would get up early to go to work and here at the counter, she would leave us breakfast prepared; the arepa along with the atol.
En el mesón están los instrumentos más usados, el aceite de olivo, las especies, el vinagre de manzana. También, se encuentra, la licuadora, la tetera y mi termo de té, por lo general son movidos de lugar para ampliar el espacio de trabajo.
On the counter are the most used tools, olive oil, spices, apple cider vinegar. Also, the blender, the kettle and my tea thermos are usually moved to enlarge the work space.
También, se encuentran las cucharas de madera, una para cada mezcla, para hacer dulces, la habitual de las recetas y la pequeña, regalos de mi mamá. El cuchillo consentido, fue un regalo de mi gran amigo @jsaez.
Also, there are the wooden spoons, one for each mixture, for making sweets, the usual one for recipes and the small one, gifts from my mom. The spoiled knife was a gift from my great friend @jsaez.
Los platos blancos para emplatar cada preparación, junto con los pequeños para postres y los maravillosas soperas de acero. Además, el wok es el utensilio más usado.

Realmente fue un placer presentarles mi cocina, lugar que inspira para crear desde el corazón y a través de las manos darle vida a lo que la imaginación ha dibujado. Sin duda alguna la cocina es el lugar donde el ingrediente principal es el amor. Gracias @Edwing357 por la iniciativa.

Hola amiga bienvenida 😊, estaba viendo tu cocina, tiene una bonita entrada de luz a un costado , similar a de la cocina de @marlyncabrera , eso me gusta mucho una cocina con buena iluminación es escencial, recuerdo la cocina de la vieja finca de mi Nono , era gigantesca pero oscura jajaja, en esos tiempos no había electricidad en esos parajes , y el cocinar a leña dejaba lleno de carbón desde la paredes hasta el techo, pero los olores de esa cocina eran de sueño jajaja, también veo tu wok a llevado candela de la buena jajaja, eso quiere decir que has cocinado muchas cosas buenas , tu cocina es digna de una visita jajaja
Hola querido amigo, a decir verdad me encanta y aprovecho la luz solar que ilumina mi casa. La cocina esta cerca del balcón y la luz la envuelve.
Recordando a tu nono, me hiciste recordar a la mía le encantaba cocinar en fogón, siendo esta una de las mejores maneras de cocinar, por el fuego vivo y el sabor es realmente brutal...
Ese wok a llevado candela jajajaja... cuando quieras vengase con su levadura y sus implementos para crear maravillas❤️
La comida en fogones de leña es de la mejores , el sabor es insuperable 👨🏻🍳, tu cocina es bien chevere amiga, la entrada de luz se ve súper, especial para crear y cortar cebollas jajaja, gracias por participar, siempre bienvenida a estos fogones creativos 🤗👨🏻🍳
