Which inventor contributed most to civilisation with his invention?

There are many inventions that have shaped modern Life and brought civilisation. These inventions where brought about by great minds and outstanding performers in their field. For me, I admire one of them - Albert Einstein.

Einstein is a German-born theoretical physicist and philosopher, who postulated the theory of relativity in modern physics, he received his Nobel Prize for his discovery of the law of photoelectric effect in the development of quantum theory in 1921

Printed books did so much for the education of people.
