People have a certain upvote value depending on the amount of Hive Power they have.
So when they vote, they can decide how much value they wanna add to a post.

Rules? Not really any.
We don't like spam or posting in the wrong community, but its not rules.

Thank you! When I vote it shows 0.00 even at 100% vote power. How do I increase that?

By powering up your Hive into Hive power. You currently have 44 Hive, so you can power them up so you have more

thanks!!

Another way is to rent more Hive power from markets like dlease or blocktrades.

But its not really worth it when you are small :/

You can also convert your HBD to Hive and Power them up.

Liquid Hive doesn't count towards your upvote value. It will have to be Powered up

Congratulations @polyannie! You have completed the following achievement on the Hive blockchain and have been rewarded with new badge(s) :

You distributed more than 10 upvotes. Your next target is to reach 50 upvotes.

You can view your badges on your board and compare yourself to others in the Ranking

The value of your vote is based on three things. First is the amount of HP you have. The second is your VP which changes as you vote, but does recharge over time. It is recommended that you keep your VP above 80%. You can check various stats like this at https://hiveworld.app/?account=polyannie . The third thing is the % that you choose when you vote. Until you get a moderate amount of HP most people vote 100%, which gives you about 10 votes per day.

You should also convert your HBD to HIVE and then power up your HIVE to HP, which increases your vote value. I use blocktrades.us to convert between HBD to HP.

Hope this has been helpfull.

PS, some people frown upon self voting (voting your own posts).
