The process of thinking is complicated. I tend to overthink sometimes and I am sure that my brain feels like he is going to the gym way too often. Building brain muscle is done through thinking, and that is not easy to do. Overthinking might not always mean that you think things right, sometimes it is better to reach decisions fast rather than wondering.
I am a person who prefers fast decisions and I slowly if ever change them.I do not like people who need days to get things right. I am a person of action. After thinking, action is the best thing. Even if that action might mean not to always do something. Sounds odd, but once you get the hang of it, it works like a charm.
I believe that it is far worse to be indecisive and sit still doing nothing than to take action.Lack of action is the cause for the biggest regrets.
In this facepainting, called Circle of thoughts I was thinking about this. About how we use our mind and wander in circles about ideas. How random flashes of inspiration and thoughts pile up, like in a whirpool machine, and circle around our mind.
Our thoughts determine who we are and influence our actions. You can tell a lot about someone after a short conversation and studying the way they think. You can even have a hunch about how they will do in life years to come only by analysing the way they think. Thoughts lead to actions and behaviours. Once you change your mindset, you alter the course of your life. Not easy, but well worth the effort.
This took me almost 4 hours to make. It all started with something like this.

Over thinking can be paralyzing sometimes, and just starting can be the solution, and you can get the rest in order while taking action. <3
Yes, paralyzing is the right word. It is a good start to notice the behaviour and slowly change it. It is good to think, but as in any of other life's details, it is never too good to go to the extremes.
