ASSAULT! (Raging Impaler) 🐮
¡Hola a todos! En esta oportunidad les traigo un nuevo dibujo para mi concurso favorito de hive (@splinterlands), personalmente tengo tantas ideas para hacer en fanarts, pero lamentablemente tendré hacerlas poco a poco, ¡pero aquí va una nueva!
Hello everyone! This time I bring you a new drawing for my favorite hive (@splinterlands) contest, personally I have so many ideas to do in fanarts, but unfortunately I'll have to do them little by little, but here's a new one!
BEGIN THE PROCESS! ♥
Decidí tomar este toro, porque algo que me gustaría practicar y comenzar a pintar más seguido es el metal y el oro (o cualquier cosa de este material que refleje luz), me parece muy hermoso de dibujar. Además, al ver el personaje pude imaginar las texturas, la perspectiva y todo lo demás. Imponente, embistiendo, con furia.
I decided to take this torus, because something that I would like to practice and start painting more often is metal and gold (or anything of this material that reflects light), I find it very beautiful to draw. Also, seeing the character I was able to imagine the textures, the perspective and everything else. Imposing, charging, furiously.
En este caso la ilustración iba a salir más sencillo, puesto que no había mucha presencia de color, solo gris y unas que otras coloraciones básicas que agregaré.
In this case, the illustration was going to be easier, since there was not much presence of color, only gray and some other basic colorations that I will add.
Comencé pintando pieza por pieza del toro, tuve que buscar referencias de metal, además de guiarme del personaje que estaba siempre en una esquina, para ver como se comporta el metal con el reflejo de una luz.
I started painting piece by piece of the bull, I had to look for metal references, in addition to being guided by the character who was always in a corner, to see how metal behaves with the reflection of light.
Para adelantar, decidí pintar todo sin detallar mucho el metal, para luego hacer otra pasada donde detallaría cada parte que pinté. Quería ver de forma general y amplia como iba quedando. Para que las sombras y luces de todos los metales del cuerpo tuvieran armonía, creé una paleta de blanco y negro que utilizaría para el cuerpo.
To get ahead, I decided to paint everything without much detailing the metal, and then do another pass where I would detail each part I painted. I wanted to see in a general and broad way how it was going. In order for the shadows and highlights of all the metals on the body to harmonize, I created a black and white palette that I would use for the body.
| Pensé en poner una tierra destruida por la presión del salto del toro metálico, la dibujé y la pinté incluso... pero con el pasar del tiempo no me gustaba y me parecía que estorbaba al personaje principal, la composición se veía desbalanceada. Así que pensé: menos es más. ¿Qué opinan ustedes? | I thought about putting a land destroyed by the pressure of the metal bull jumping, I drew it and even painted it... but over time I didn't like it and it seemed to me that it got in the way of the main character, the composition looked unbalanced. So I thought: less is more. What do you think? |

Estoy muy contento con el resultado, me gusta la textura, el brillo del metal, los únicos dos colores que utilicé a modo de luces... No es mi mejor dibujo, no es nada nuevo, pero me agrada. ¡Gracias por llegar hasta aquí! ♥
