Recently, I've been painting some landscape on different countries that showcase their rich culture and how beautiful their countries is. Then why not paint a landscape which came from my own country? :) I'm from Philippines and there's a lot of choices for me to choose but I've picked a landmark in Batanes, Philippines.
Short History:
The structure is called Basco Lighthouse, a lighthouse in the town of Basco in Batanes, the northernmost province in the Philippines. It was first lit in 2003, it was the first to be completed among the other three lighthouse in the province. Basco Lighthouse was built in Naidi Hills, at the site of the old telegraph facility used during the American era and was destroyed by the Japanese during World War II. Batanes is a great place for travelers :)
