Siguiendo con la serie de animales que he venido dibujando, la seleccionada para hoy a sido la majestuosa jirafa, una especie que particularmente me encanta.
A diferencia de los otros trabajos que les he presentado en digital, en esta oportunidad la obra se las expongo en tradicional. Inicié la pintura con el boceto en una hoja de cartulina texturizada, para luego dar algunas pinceladas en tonos claros, sucesivamente fuí incorporando e intensificando los colores, para formar las manchas características del ejemplar y las sombras. En la foto no se aprecia muy bien, pero le coloque pintura dorada, en algunas zonas para darle brillo.

Continuing with the series of animals that I have been drawing, the one selected for today has been the majestic giraffe, a species that I particularly love.
Unlike the other works that I have presented in digital, in this opportunity the work is presented in traditional. I started the painting with the sketch on a sheet of textured cardboard, and then I gave some brushstrokes in light tones, successively I incorporated and intensified the colors, to form the characteristic spots of the specimen and the shadows. In the photo it is not very well appreciated, but I put golden paint, in some areas to give it shine.

Un hermoso trabajo artístico realizado con acuarelas, donde se puede apreciar una expresión muy bien marcada en la jirafa. Los detalles en los colores son tan precisos y el proceso de elaboración es excelente.
