Zamislila sam zimsku idilu. Počela sam bez skice sa dve kolibe u daljini čiji su krovovi bili pokriveni snegom. . .
I imagined a winter idyll. I started without a sketch with two huts in the distance whose roofs were covered with snow. . .
Iza koliba sam naslikala šumu. S obzirom na daljinu, tonovi su u plavim i sivim tonovima. Iz krošnja viri po neka suva grana.
I painted the forest behind the hut. Considering the distance, the tones are in blue and gray tones. A dry branch sticks out from the canopy.
Ispod snega obično bude neka suva trava koja miruje do proleća, a onda uz pomoć sunca i toplote, budi se mlada i zelena trava a sneg počinje polako da se topi. Ništa se ne čuje osim što hladan vetar ponekad zviždi kroz prazna polja pokrivena snegom. . .
Under the snow, there is usually some dry grass that rests until spring, and then with the help of the sun and heat, young and green grass wakes up and the snow begins to slowly melt. Nothing is heard except the cold wind sometimes whistling through the empty snow-covered fields. . .
I taman kad pomislite da nema nikoga i da se ništa ne kreće, niotkuda projuri jato ptica u potrazi za hranom i toplim skrovištem. A kada odu, opet nastaje zimska tišina.. .
And just when you think that there is no one and nothing is moving, a flock of birds rushes out of nowhere in search of food and a warm hiding place. And when they leave, the winter silence comes again...
