Akiles, the one with the light feet
I know that when you read the title you will think that the publication will be in relation to Achilles the famous Greek hero that was represented on the big screen by Brad Pit, because I don't know about that one, it's about one of my cats and it's another benefit that I owe to the community. The story of how he arrived and who he is.

Akiles arrived a few months after Christopher's death, we went to look for an imported cat's coat at a friend's house and she had a few puppies that were up for adoption.

When we entered the apartment with my son Cristian the furry one immediately approached him and began to play and climbed up his legs and finally reached his shoulders where he looked for his face and tickled him with his little moustaches.

At that time Akiles was a super catire puppy, his nose was very light pink and with Chinese eyes. My son, who was quite sad about Christopher's death, insisted a lot on wanting to adopt this little electric naughty boy.

After much thought I accepted, and a few days later the little one arrived home. This kitten was separated from his mother at a very early age and had to be fed with a teapot, I tell you this because even though he is already one year and five months old he will climb on any member of the family and start sucking on his clothes, this is a reflection of the fault his mother made when he was a baby. And this is why babies should not be separated from their mother until she weaned them, about two and a half months after their birth.

Going back to Akiles, he is named after my son who chose it for him from a page of kitten names on the internet and it has come to him as a ring to his finger because he really has light feet like the legendary Mirmidon of Greece.

Akiles has always been characterized by being very agile, strong character, quite dominant and territorial. But at the same time very affectionate in fact he is considered the most affectionate of the cats of the pack.

Because he is extremely active he doesn't get fat, he jumps, jumps, climbs trees, he is always, always on the move, the only moments when he is at peace when he sleeps.

But not everything is good. Unfortunately, this affectionate little cat suffers from rhinotracheitis, which is a feline flu that comes and goes and can be prevented with vaccines, but unfortunately, when he manages to get it vaccinated, he has already been infected.

Akdiles, el de los pies ligeros
Se que al leer el título pensarán que la publicación será en relación a Aquiles el famoso héroe griego que fue representado en la gran pantalla por Brad Pit, pues no es sobre ese, es sobre uno de mis gatos y es otra de las prestaciones que le debo a la comunidad. La historia de como llegó y quien es, un gatito mediano y flaco de nombre Akiles, un orange tabby con la nariz rosa llena de pecas.
Akiles llegó unos meses después de la muerte de Cristopher, fuimos a buscar un saco de gatarina importada a casa de una amiga y ella tenía unos cuantos cachorros que estaban en adopción.
Al entrar en el apartamento en compañía de mi hijo Cristian el peludo inmediatamente se acerco a él y comenzó a jugar y se le trepo a las piernas y finalmente llegó a sus hombros donde buscaba su cara y le hacía cosquillas con sus pequeños bigotes.
En aquel momento Akiles era un cachorro súper catire, su nariz de color rosado muy claro y de ojitos chinos. Mi hijo que estaba bastante triste por la muerte de Cristopher insisto mucho en querer adoptar a este pequeño travieso eléctrico.
Tras pensarlo mucho acepte, y unos días después llegó a casa el pequeñín. Este gatito fue separado de su mamá a muy temprana edad y tuvo que ser alimentado con tetero, les digo esto porque aunque ya tiene un año y cinco meses se sube a cualquier miembro de la familia y comienza a succionar la ropa, esto es un reflejo de la falta que la hizo su madre cuando era bebé. Y este este es motivo por el que no se debe separar a los bebés de su mamá hasta que ella los destete, apróximamente dos meses y medio luego de su nacimiento.
Volviendo con Akiles, el lleva este nombre por mi hijo quien lo eligió para él de una página de nombres para gatitos en intenet y le ha venido como anillo al dedo porque de verdad que tiene los pies ligeros como el legendario Mirmidon de Grecia.
Akiles siempre se ha caracterizado por ser muy ágil, de carácter fuerte, bastante dominante y territorial. Pero al mismo tiempo muy cariñoso de hecho es considerado el mas cariñoso de los gatos de la manada.
Por ser sumamente activo no engorda, salta, brinca, trepa árboles de lo lindo, siempre, siempre está en movimiento, los únicos momentos en los que está en paz en cuando duerme.
Pero no todo es bueno lamentable este cariñoso minino padece de Rinotrqueitis, esto es una gripe felina, que va y viene, que se puede prevenir mediante vacunas, pero lamentablemente cuando logre vacunarlo ya él se había contagiado.
En estos momentos me encuentro administrando mediación para que supere este episodio y para que no contagie a sus hermanas adoptivas Greta y Rusa con quienes juega mucho, y que además no están vacunadas debido al excesivo costo de las vacunas.

Los gatos son tremenda compañía pareciera que tienen un radar de emociones y saben qué hacer siempre.
