Although manually curation is good to pick best of all and reward their efforts, but from what you said you have many project and now that your focus is on posh that will be a difficult to come regularly and do manual curation. But I suggest you should do this " Do your research on authors that provide good quality of content to the chain by adding them for curation automatically weekly, at least 40 per week. Those authors you add will have your upvote on any content published that week. Then after, you can add another set of people for another week and get them curated too.
At least with that you can reach and spread your vote across many people that create quality post
