I understand how one might say that if he's a highly specialised person he's of great value, but I worked with some of those people and sometimes he would make our(me and another teammate) work harder by not having any idea what we do. I guess there was also a lack of communication in our team that gave us some problems😅

Oh man, I can really relate to that. Nothing is worse than working with someone who assumes that we already knows what he knows 🙄 . That 1 minute of hints puts hours if not days of agony and research which could have easily been avoided. Communication is really important especially on larger project, but i know there is always one guys who doesn't know what he's doing or suppose to be doing. 😂
