lol....it seems to be around that number irrelevant of country or population size...narcissism is often misinterpreted as sociopathy - the two are quite similar, interchangeable, and definitely overlap.
One of the reasons that I 'm looking at it from a non psychological perspective - the above definitions being shrink definitions.- I disagree with the narrow band, and 'mumbo jumbo' in the psychologist's interpretations.
