Hi hivers - Hola hivers
How is my dear Hive community? I hope everyone is wonderfully well, today I am very happy because I have completed 4 baths in Hive, a long journey full of much learning, full of good friends and of course a path full of advances in my personal life, this is a place to grow, in knowledge in skills and of course financially, only as part of a reward for all the good we share on a daily basis.

¿Cómo esta mi querida comunidad de Hive? espero que todos se encuentren maravillosamente bien, hoy yo estoy muy contenta porque he cumplido 4 baños en Hive, un largo viaje lleno de mucho aprendizaje, lleno de buenos amigos y por su puesto un camino lleno de avances en mi vida personal, este es un lugar para crecer, en conocimientos en habilidades y por su puesto económicamente, solo como parte de una recompensa por todo lo bueno que compartimos a diario.
4 years ago things were very different, we had a very little fair ecosystem compared to life as we know it now, currently in Hive, we have from my perception a place full of people sharing wonderful things on a daily basis, and although sometimes we see situations unfair to newer users, you no longer see abuse of bot payouts, or other things that we left behind when we moved to Hive.

Hace 4 años las cosas eran muy diferentes, teníamos un ecosistema muy poco justo en comparación a la vida como la conocemos ahora, actualmente en Hive, tenemos desde mi percepción un lugar lleno de personas compartiendo maravillosas cosas a diario, y aunque a veces vemos situaciones injustas para usuario mas nuevos, ya no se ve abuso de las recompensas en pagos de bots, ni otras cosas que al pasar a Hive dejamos atrás.
@hivebuzz has allowed me to keep an exact record of my work progress in Hive, since my birthdays, my participations in hivefest 5, helping others the first of each month and of course a record of votes, publications and comments that motivate me To increase my interactions with others daily, Hive buzz is a good tool and I appreciate everything that motivates Hive users to continue growing personally on the platform.
In all this long journey, I have two important tips to give to anyone who reads me, but more importantly for all the new users who I have made an effort to help them from the beginning by sharing my knowledge, said knowledge did not come alone, they are the result of my effort and investigative work and hours of effort in knowing in depth so many things that can help me to make better and better publications.
@hivebuzz me ha permitido llevar un registro exacto de mi progreso de trabajo en Hive, desde mis cumpleaños, mis participaciones en hivefest 5, ayudar a otros los primeros de cada mes y por su puesto un registro de votos, publicaciones y comentarios que me motivan a incrementar diariamente mis interacciones con otros, Hive buzz es una buena herramienta y agradezco todo lo que motivan a los usuarios en Hive a seguir creciendo personalmente en la plataforma.
En todo este largo trayecto, tengo dos consejos importantes que darles a cualquiera que me lee pero mas importante para todos los nuevos usuarios a quienes he puesto esfuerzo en ayudarles desde mis inicios compartiendo mis conocimientos, dichos conocimientos no llegaron solos, son fruto de mi esfuerzo y trabajo investigativo y horas de empeño en conocer a fondo tantas cosas que me puedan servir para hacer publicaciones cada vez mejores.
The first tip is based on the idea that they are curious, investigate, read, consume the content of other authors and learn more and more from the platform where they live, do not stay only with what someone told them or look at someone else's work when you don't know how to solve something, be curious and nurture yourself with love of all the valuable information you have to know here.
The second tip, redundant but no less important, is to be constant, it is true that I have not been in some small periods, but look at other examples of the Hispanic community, there are many examples that deserve be appointed but I invite you to put into practice the first advice and look for those who have presented an exponential growth in their content and representation on the platform, there are many colleagues who are a living example that constancy in Hive is an invaluable feature important.
El primer consejo se basa en la idea que sean curiosos, investiguen, lean, consuman el contenido de otros autores y aprendan cada vez mas de la plataforma donde hacen vida, no se queden solo con lo que alguien les dijo o se fijen en el trabajo de alguien mas cuando no saben como resolver algo, sean curiosos y nútranse con cariño de toda la información valiosa que tienen por conocer aquí.
El segundo consejo, redundante pero no menos importante, es que sean constantes, es cierto que yo no lo he sido en algunos pequeños periodos, pero miren otros ejemplos de la comunidad hispana, son muchos los ejemplos que se merecen ser nombrados pero los invito a que pongan en practica el primer consejo y busquen a quienes han presentado un crecimiento exponencial en su contenido y representación en la plataforma, son muchos los compañeros que son un vivo ejemplo de que la constancia en Hive es una característica invaluablemente importante.
