Loyalty is a virtue that any follower must develop, one of the reason why so many serve and go unrewarded is as a result of disloyalty, so it is important for one to cultivate the habit of being loyal to whatever system you fine yourself.

Loyalty is a strong feeling of support to and organization.
Loyalty also means faithfulness, obedient and bounding.
Loyalty means to be constant to a legend or devoted apartment.
Loyalty is a very vital in any organization, friendship and in the case of following, so many people play loyalty meanwhile they are not really loyal to you, some people are loyal because of what they want from you, and once their need are mate their loyalty change.
A good follower must be loyal to the master, because loyalty has it on benefit, loyalty required total commitment and submission, just loyalty has it own benefit, it also has it own disadvantage.

Followers is a capacity of individual to to follow a leader,your life increase and expansion is a function of your loyalty.
A loyalty person will always have what to offer while a disloyal person will have nothing to offer.
Follower is submitting one's self to a family of believers, and living out with them, the relative commands of the bible.

=>> Pride :- Proverbs 13:10 Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom.
- pride is knowing that another person is not humble
=>> Answering back to your leader:-
- general rudeness, disrespectful and arrogance.
- feeling indispensably
=>> Constant criticism, feeling that you are as good as your leader
- don't be too familiar with your leader in order to be able to receive from God.

=>> Growth:- when you are loyal to your leader and the organization you are serving under, what you will experience is growth in your life.
=>>You will enjoy favour of God:- loyal attract God's favour.
=>> You will enjoy acceleration:-everything you do in life move with speed.
=>>You will enjoy wisdom
If at any point in time you are not loyal to the system you belong, it therefore means you have problem with your relationship with God.
Loyalty is a sign that you believe and have faith in Jesus Christ and disloyalty is a sign that you don't believe and have faith in Jesus Christ.
When you are loyal to your master you will be focus to what you are doing, you not be suspicious and you will have a right altitude God and your master.
