You are always free to think what you are, and what you will do. And the competence level and your ambitions structure your brain and your ways of being!
We should have no prejudices and no delusions when growing up, and when being a constructive and thinking human being in reality. We should instead be free, and all the opinions that are prevailing should be manifested in research, and in the literature about how to perceive!
Working life is a structure. And you should find your friends in different environments, and you cannot discuss things if the bosses are not following the rules and the norms in a society. And try to grasp the freedom, and be yourself with you strong attitudes and well-being, and use your competence and knowledges to push further the development or stagnation different places. The brain is with and without borders in what you are doing, and power analysis shows us who is sitting in the power positions, and we can ask why. Ask what you can do for the country!
There are many examples of people being none-thinking, reading not the literature, and try to have opinions about different things. But is it the best thing if you close environments, and make barriers in the editorial boards? Any journal is a reflection and some choices made, and we cannot make all choices simultaneously, but we must concentrate our efforts and our thinking from time to time. It is a good thing to think, and we should be thinking when we are young, and also doing all the thinking efforts when we are adults and older people. The literature, the pleasure and the reasoning about what, how and why, should always be with us to the end of days!
So, what are the problems different places? You meet too many people having enough opinions and being in enough meetings, but is there really a structure and some new things going on in businesses. All business life everywhere is about sustainability of resources and creating much more revenues than there are costs. And you should be free, friendly and thinking, and not being an idiot who people are hating!
What should be done in businesses? You should develop the relations in business life in friendly, good and strong manners. And you should open you mind many times, to listen to what is saying, and to get some new ideas and new ways of thinking. There is enough literature in the world, also in all universities, all libraries and all book stores, but the essence is always that you use the study programs to think. And that any new day, is a new day of thinking!
What are the results of these meetings? Always words, some frustrations and some ways of understanding what has been done, and what should be solved in the future. We must be creative, and use our talents properly. And the business schools and the universities are always important learning places in addition to the place or the places you are working. Try to be a sly and thoughtful asshole with good intentions. And do not care too much about thinking in different environments, but you should instead be a new contribution to the world. Oranizations are always about structures, ownership, assets and opinions, but find your place and try to get good reactions from the inside and the outside of the business in question.
You should make networks of known and unknown persons for you. And try always to strengthen the ties, and develop some good new patterns. Of all we can do of everything everywhere, we cannot deny to accept the literature. But we can think and give statements with or without the literature as our luggage. But education and research should always follow us, and do not copy anybody too much, but try to form your life in such manners that you have enough individual freedom, and that you get enough support from the state!
