Many known persons, also some world famous, have used the train from Paris to Istanbul, and it was called for the Orient Express, and it lasted until 2009, and started i 1883. The tread through Europe by train has been changed several times. And famous persons like Hercule Poirot and James Bond have been on this train trip!
There is much history about the Orient Express. This was the train line through Europe through a long period of time. And the name ‘Orient’ is from French, and it means going to the east. And ‘Express’ meaning going fast. The start place was Paris, and being in Paris you recognize things in the culture and in the landscape that will imprint your mind forever. All things at Champs-Élysées are things that you will remember in your memory from Napoleon and other great humanities. And the musem Louvre is known for being one of the biggest museum in the world, and they also have Mona Lisa.
What is known for the train trip just inside and outside Paris, is the Metro. And you find the Tube in London. So, you should travel where you like, and make the choices that you are feeling comfort with.
The Orient Express was passing to several other cities like for instance Munich, Vienna, Budapest, and finally going to Istanbul. There were 13 cities to examine all their history on this train trip. And what is special with Vienna for example? Many do not want to travel there, but there is much music and much beautiful things around in the architecture in this city. And you also find dancing of many kinds. So what is Istanbul when? Istanbul is the largest city in Turkey, and they have palaces, mosques, bazaars and churches, and much culture which you just can think about and imagine. And there have also been organized conferences in sciences there.
The Murder on the Orient Express is a criminal novel of Agatha Christie from 1934. And it is played by Hercule Poirot! It has also been a film sent to different environments. This novel is Agatha Christie’s 14. criminal novel. The year is 1934, and a passenger is found dead and murder on the train trip for the Orient Express from Istanbul to Calais. The criminal detective Hercule Poirot, played by Kenneth Branagh, is taking this criminal case and trying to solve it. A snow race stops the train in a mountain pass, and one of the passenger is found murdered, and it is up to Poirot to find the killer before the train is moving ahead! Going ahead is something that is used as the philosophy of trains going from place to place today. Poirot has company of a dozen passengers on the train, and some of these are played by Johnny Depp, Michelle Pfeiffer, Judi Dench, Willem Dafoe, Penelope Cruz and Daisy Ridley.
The Murder on the Orien Express is too safe and too harmless murder mystery. Unfortunately, there not so much going on below the surface, such that this mystery is never so exciting and so interesting as one should want. The action takes of at a satisfactory pace, but the development in this story and this film is based upon relationships as the protagonist apparently is taking off from the loose air.
So, what is happening in this story? Poirot is taking the Orient Express, and during the night nearby Vinkovci, and Vinkovci is a city in Slavonia, many things are occurring, but Poirot heard a scream. Poirot determines himself that this is just a trifle, and he continues to sleep more. In the morning after this night, Poirot is informed of M. Bouc about that Mr. Rachett has been killed, and Poirot thereafter begins to investigate the case.
Hercule Poirot is trying to solve this criminal issue by being open and reflective. There are two explanations for the killing. The first is that a foreign person has done it. And the second is that all the suspicious persons on the train has something to do with it. The killer is here on the train. Poirot is speculating much about these two theories, but he cannot prove anything with certainty. Therefore, he withdraws from the case.
