Cement are used on building many buildings, and we are using it in arts also. We should always choose the best solutions for buildings for the functions there are!
Cement is appreciated in many objects, and we are using it in buildings and in sculptures. We should use cement also in statues, and we should not do wrong things, and doing solutions in badly ways. Employees in the universities should be used without making conflicts and intrigues, and we should challenge the World Bank instead of crying during the night. Why should anything be difficult of all things you find. And we need trust and credibility and competence and experiences in the buildings with the people.
Around the year 300 before Christ the Romans started to use concrete. And we can make all the strategies with game theories among the choices that are possible. And choices are either stable or dynamic, and we should use the brain in the best and right ways, and games are never chosen forever, but they are changing, and we should use all the tricks that are available. Strategy is using the right moves everywhere, and we should need thinking and dwell with why we made the choices as we made.
The concrete is made with lime and pozzolan as a binder. The concrete is used monumentally. We cannot define all the usage areas for it, but we should be free in the brain with zero borders, and we should take responsibility and consequences for being closed. The concrete is used to build, and to make something strong, and there could be many ways of making any building and sculpture and statue, but we should go for one solution that we can live with.
We all understand different positions as professors, and they are just using the copies of international books to make suggestions. That is wrong. You should first understand the problem properly, and maybe in new and innovate ways, and after that you should give advice and solutions that are making progresses and that pushes the organizations and the business life even further.
So, why should you believe in closed solutions, closed universities in their minds, and restrictions to the acceptance in the Editorial Boards. Today, you get a contribution published in many journals because you know the people being working in the journals. If you know their brains, and their ways of thinking, you know the articles. And many of the best publications are just copies of what we known for many courses in the universities. Hence, the dissertations are not new, but they are many times just an extension of what we know, and sometimes some statements of we find in Amazon or Prentice Hall. We can never accept wrong decisions that are making and taking the environments, and there are many failures through all times in sciences, and the environments are filled with beliefs that are correct or wrong.
So, choose the concrete you need to a wall, to your house, to your cottage, to your flat, to your faculty, to your and others buildings, to sculptures, to statues, and to other things, and use your imaginations, all the possible creativity at earth, and the best advice from the best environments, and get the solutions that are good. And when I am in an environment, I am all the universities in the world, and therefore the knowledge trees and the joking should be with us always. And you cannot standardize all humans being equally, and therefore we are doing what we are doing due to our imaginations, beliefs, cognitions, emotions and wishes. And therefore, we must ask about which persons have been there, and how their suggestions and ideas were.
And when celebrating the concrete solutions, we can have cakes and something to drink and we can be seriously and funny, and using costumes to create mood.
