It is not possible to prevent anyone from using their accounts.
alfazmalek is a known Steemit promoter. Promoters of Steemi are now seen very favourably on Hive.
He also appears to be engaging in a multiple-account scheme farming the Clean Planet community on Hive.
He is not a promoter, If he want to promotion of steemit so Why He bring me here. And how hive community judge he using multiple account.
Please give chance to someone He is good person, If he want so he can make one more account but again and again he requested not only to reward but he want stay with hive.

They have been actively engaging and promoting Steemit for a long time.
Steemit is considered a rouge platform controlled by a thief.
Users who have engaged in that platform and promoting it are not well welcomed by the Hive community.
These Steemit users started opening up accounts on Steemit, probably thinking that they can make a buck on Hive. This spam of Clean Planet with multiple accounts shows that they think that they can do the same scheme on Hive as they do on Steemit.
