Hello Hive Community!
My name is Francesco Bentivoglio and I am a 24 year old from Los Angeles, California. Many years ago I made a Steemit account per the advice of my older brother, but my young self never stuck with it. Recently, he told me about the switch to Hive and encouraged me to give it another go.
Checking out the platform now with a more mature eye, I have been amazed by the positivity of the Hive community, and see great potential. Learning about Web 3.0 has been quite exciting and I am thrilled to get more involved through Hive.
I have various topics of interest which I would like to share about, including health, surfing/skateboarding, cooking, reading, music, and finance.
HEALTHY HEART
Having grown up with a congenital heart problem (birth defect), health was always important to me. But it wasn’t until my third heart surgery when I was 20 years old, that I really started taking it seriously, researching every aspect of health, from food to lifestyle choices. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned on this platform and hopefully inspire others to live healthier and happier.
COOKING - FRESH FEASTS
I have always been a fan of cooking my own food. Growing up with an Italian father and a Peruvian mother, I was fortunate enough to have excellent fresh food on the table every night. I believe that there are so many reasons to cook at home, such as cost, taste, and health, and I am thrilled to share recipes and tips for the kitchen!

SURFING - THE BEST THERAPY
Coming from a surfing family, the sport is a big part of who I am. I surf regularly and if there’s no waves I like to just be at the beach. I’m excited to share photos and stories of my surfing adventures.
ART - MUSIC, MOVIES, DRAWING
Ever since I was little I’ve been creating, whether it be music, crafts, or movies. Music is probably my main form of creation, whether it be playing my guitar or making beats. I also love to draw and paint, as well as to write and edit short films. I believe art is the universal language and I hope to share some of my creations on this platform as well as the stories behind them.
There are many other things I am excited topics I am excited to share about, such as my travels, entrepreneurship, and sports. Thank you for reading!!
