Hi there and thank you. As you no doubt know, I'm pro-engagement and so will promote it at every opportunity. I'm taking a break from the EL at the moment, but not from engagement. I think it's good to let others see their name up the top, and provided they are not just engaging for the sake of winning the league then their engagement is for the right reason. I'll be back in the EL at some stage soon.
