Every human being is a sinner. God cannot associate with sin because He is holy. The price of sin is eternal death and God is Just, so He has to punish sin.
Due to Sin, all humans have been separated from God. But He Loves us beyond measure, So He had a plan: He gave His Son to pay the price of our Sins.
Jesus came and died the most horrific death (according to Jews the cross was where the most evil criminals were killed). Jesus took our punishment, the anger and wrath of God on sinners was laid on the sinless Jesus. The wrath of God was satisfied on that cross. Our sins were forgiven. And on the third day, Jesus conquered death and rose from the grave, thereby giving us new eternal life in and through Him. We can be once again the Children of God. Heaven's door was opened to us once again, we can now conquer everything cause Jesus has conquered it all.
This Grace has been given and offered, but we have to accept it . This can be done only by believing in Jesus and accepting and inviting him into your life to be your saviour and King. Because He is the only way to Heaven and the only way to a new, transformed, content and victorious Life.
For anyone who does not believe in Jesus, they reject the gift of salvation that God has given, and are still under the wrath of God and cannot have eternal life or reach God because no one comes to the Father but through Jesus.
Jesus is our saviour who gave his own life so that we may be saved and forgiven. There is no way to heaven without accepting Jesus as your saviour, the son of God.
