Let’s talk DRY BRUSHING. Oh the benefits. I’ve noticed such a difference in my skin since I added it to my regime a few months ago. My skin is so much softer, it energizes me, and my pores are even getting smaller! It is even said to reduce cellulite! Here are some little pro tips to up your dry brushing.

Always brush towards the center of the body, the heart area, as that is where the lymphatic system drains.

Begin from the bottoms of your feet brushing upwards about 10 times per each section of skin.

Brush clockwise in circular motions on the stomach and armpits.
