Have you heard about the Asoka flower? Flowers with small shapes and striking colors are often used as ornamental plants and are formed as bonsai and become a fence around the house.

Over time, Asoka's flowers are getting harder and harder to obtain. Not because it is no longer easy to live today, but interest in flower lovers is turning to other types of flowers that are considered more beautiful than the Asoka flower.

But did you know that Ashoka flowers have many health benefits for our bodies. Here are the benefits:

-Treating Bruises

A bruise is a wound that is usually caused by a collision on a hard object. It certainly hurts and makes it uncomfortable if bruises are found on exposed body parts such as the face. By using a flower needle that has been boiled, then the flowers smeared on the wound, then God willing, the bruising will gradually decrease.

- Overcoming High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a condition where a person's blood pressure exceeds normal limits. Usually occurs in the elderly. To overcome high blood pressure, then drink Asoka cooking water 1 time a day.

- Overcoming Infection

Prevents fungal and bacterial infections with Asoka tree bark. The skin consists of properties that cleanse the body and eliminate infections in our skin.

- Overcoming Kidney Stones

The strength of the Asoka tree seeds is a natural method for controlling kidney stones. Consumption of Ashoka powder with water, which will reduce the risk of painful stone extraction on the back.

- Overcoming late menstruation in women

Menstruation in women is one thing that seems to be traversed by every woman. Menstruation also has its own role and function for women's health, including: knowing the fertility of the reproductive system and removing dirty blood. Therefore, when a woman has no or late menstruation (other than pregnant women) which is usually caused by stress factors, women will feel anxious and confused. If this happens to you or someone you know, then you should drink Asoka's cooking water 2-3 times a day.

As explained above before, that the ashoka flower is very rarely found, including in the village where I live. I found this Ashoka flower at my friend's house in Beunot village, northern Aceh when I visited in the context of Eid.

Here are some photos of the beauty of the Ashoka flower that I took earlier using my smartphone.
