Ya estamos a mitad de semana, feliz miércoles tengan todos. La publicación que leerán a continuación, es una receta culinaria muy simple y deliciosa, les hablo del famoso café dalgona, muchos somos fanáticos del café, ahora imaginen poder realizar una crema de café, con solo 3 ingredientes, la cual usaran para rellenar cup cakes, pasteles, o en mi caso la use para tomar con leche.

The publication that you will read next, is a very simple and delicious culinary recipe, I mean the dalgona coffe, many of us are coffee fans, now imagine being able to make a coffee cream, with only 3 ingredients, that you will use to fill cups of cakes, pies, or in my case I used it to drink with milk.

INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS:

• CAFÉ INSTANTÁNEO (MEDIA TAZA).
• AZÚCAR (A GUSTO, YO USE MEDIA TAZA).
• AGUA TIBIA (UNAS CUCHARADAS).
• LECHE (UNA TAZA).

INSTANT COFFEE (HALF A CUP)
SUGAR (TO TASTE, I USED HALF A CUP)
WARM WATER (A FEW SPOONFULS)
MILK (ONE CUP)

PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION:

• Para preparar esta deliciosa crema de café, deben añadir en un bol la media taza de café, y la media taza de azúcar, añade al menos 4 cucharadas de agua caliente, empieza batir hasta que la crema forme picos firme.

Yo utilice la crema para acompañar una taza de leche.

To prepare this delicious coffee cream, you must add in a bowl half a cup of coffee, and half a cup of sugar, add at least 4 tablespoons of hot water, start beating until the cream forms firm peaks.
I used the cream to accompany a cup of milk.
