Homemade ice cream
Ingredients:
- boiled rice
- Vegetable milk
- Banana
- Dates
- frozen raspberries
Pour everything into the blender and blend it to a cream, then pour it into a box and into the freezer. Prepared for the next days.

Ingredientes:
- arroz cozido
- Leite vegetal
- Banana
- Datas
- framboesas congeladas
Verta tudo no liquidificador e misture-o num creme, depois deite-o numa caixa e no congelador. Preparado para os dias seguintes.

Selbstgemachte Eis Creme
Zutaten:
- abgekochten Reis
- Pflanzliche Milch
- Banane
- Datteln
- gefrorene Himbeeren
Alles in den Mixer geben und zu einer Creme verarbeiten, dann in einen Behälter abfüllen und in den Gefrierschrank. Für die nächsten Tage vorbereitet.
