This past project had a timeline from September- February with each timeline is mentioned in this one. My team and I have also gathered data on the participants regarding their age, location etc. I have all the data set with me already in case anyone is interested & I am ready to share all the data.

The reason I am making this into a collection is that just so anyone needs inspiration or even learn from mine, it will be easier to find everything there is to know. In the past, I ran survey, did mini KPI based on what needed and the goal at the time.
Our event was an awareness one with a goal to introduce hive to writers, professional journalists and the likes. For example this is our demographic

This was our timeline and one of the technical meeting meeting was uploaded here
You can refer to the event full recap over here where you can even see analytics on site and its impact for hive's exposure/awareness since it was one of our main goals. There is also data visualization here and metrics that you can check out in this post as well as improvements toward future events.

I am making this into a collection so that it’s easier to look back and refer to this in the future. Since it was the first of its kind in the country, I learned so much from it and perhaps, we need to refine our KPI. For example before there was KPI around this was ours including how many accounts were created.
One thing that if future endeavors might happen, a great idea was to actually see the retention from those users and we can learn a lot from them why they don't stick around.

I hope this will be useful for anyone who need it.
I do hope the people that take thousands of Hive through the DHF understand that THIS is the level of reporting to the community that we need -- they may not ever do it, but this is excellent and appreciated!
Thank you for the appreciation Dean. I am compiling this so anyone who wishes to create a project could learn from this previous endeavors and could perhaps take some ideas from it.
Hoping this collection also reaches to those who's going to need it😊
Amazing 😊
