Yeah, weirdly so. Tore out a ton of mental brambles and only got half torn to pieces. But it felt satisfying.
You should totally lay of the knees. Get the upper body going instead! Or run on your hands!

Good man. Yeah I'll change it up this week and find some upper body stuff that doesn't require weights cause I haven't got any and cant find anywhere online with cheap ones - not paying 100's!
I got mine from tesco back in the day, but that's not really an option I suppose!
