Very close to our village is a football field where people come to play football. I can't remember the last time I exercised my body but watching them today reminded me that there's so much I have to do.

Appreciation

I do very little online nowadays as I have reached the finishing touches to our farm and I spend most of my time at the farm nowadays that I rarely have network. Sometimes I come back very late and tired and can't operate my phone so I go to bed quietly. I have missed so many persons online and I have to appreciate others too for their wonderful way of trying to show support even while I was not posting again. Thank you @krazzytrukker for your support, am grateful always!

Health

So the plan is to exercise every 5 days, I will run some distance just to be fit because I feel heavy and not strong so I have to start doing my exercises again. Don't be too busy to exercise, health is wealth. With all your wealth if your health isn't good you won't enjoy it. Do your exercise as often as possible and don't allow anything stop you from doing it.
