My name is Mcdonalds, a graduate of petroleum engineering. I had my undergraduate program at University of Port Harcourt which most normally call Unistress those days because of the stress and all but you must sha read. I’m Nigerian of Igbo descent, lives in Nigeria and have been in Nigeria all my life.
I love reading(apart from reading for an examination though), watching sports, eating, sleeping, playing football games and other fun activities. I’m a social, playful quiet and loud person, it depends on my mood or weather, any can go.

I’ve had many sweet and bitter life experiences, funny and sad thoughts, I think I’ve had a fair share of what life is to give. Sometimes I do regret somethings which is not meant to be so like regretting why I went to the university, why I didn’t start some things I’m doing now earlier when I had the huge opportunity to do that, one of those things I regret not embarking on earlier is the Tech world, I still think I should’ve started immediately I left high school but life happens and I’m glad at fully into it now.
I’m also a crypto enthusiast who I also ventured into late, they say “procrastination is the enemy of success”, I think I’m the number one procrastinator in the world because I do that too much which makes me to be lazy about the things I’m interested in then.
I had great passion for petroleum engineering while growing up especially my high school days but I guess the passion is dead now. I entered the university with the zeal to make it out top of my class, you know that zeal and passion as a freshman in the university but life wanted something different. I lost the zeal after my first year second semester just because I got a D in a supposed distinction result, imagine getting A’s and B’s then a big stupid D drops from nowhere, sad life I must say because it really spoilt my 100 level CGPA though I was still above 4.0 but I just lost the zeal at that moment. I gave up on graduating top of my class and focused on graduating with a CGPA above 4.0, I became a nonchalant student and the department clown with my fellow friends joined my clowns nation movement. The funny thing being that all of us in that movement were intelligent but we look so unserious on the outside and to people. I can brag that none of us ever had a carryover throughout our 5 years in school. I was able to achieve my 4.0 and above CGPA which I’m happy about but I don’t think I would love to further my studies in petroleum engineering though.
Anyways, I want to explore the tech world full time, still have many things to learn and explore in the crypto space, defi, web3, blockchain development, dao and so on, the crypto space is broad.
Tech and crypto have become my way of life, I can’t just do without them right now because that’s where my passion is and I’m ready to rest on these hills.
I’m all for a soft life, live and let’s live, very social and can be very quiet sometimes, it confuses me often how I always pull that. I love feelings and love showing love and care to the ones I love, that’s just the way I am, I can never hide my feelings towards someone or sort, I come out fully or not at all, there is no in between. I think I’m kind too and I feel whatever I do and try not to hurt someone else because I hate hurting people.
I love general knowledge, I love History, I love reading about anything be it world history, history of anything at all. I can spend a whole day reading about just history, maps, atlases and so on and never get tired. I started loving history in elementary school, I started by buying curriculum affairs and memorizing the whole book, there was nothing I didn’t know about the Nigerian history and politics then, even the American and European history, it was that serious. Had it been there was no passion for petroleum engineering in high school, I would’ve been an Art student because I was a guru in both science and art, I also had great knowledge of visual arts, both the theory and the practical aspects, I was a lucky kid.
My main aspiration in life is to live. To show kindness, love to other people irrespective of race, tribe and who they are. Most times I’m nonchalant, I don’t take things to heart, I catch cruise most times with people and I can say that’s it’s been awesome doing that.
I’m a big believer in my passion, doing what makes you happy and living your best life because life have a whole lot to offer.
My advice is, never do tomorrow what you can do today. Procrastination is the thief of time. Eleanor Roosevelt said and I quote “With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts”, I think about this quote everyday and it has been awesome.
I’ve said many things about myself and shared some of my life experiences, I still got a whole lot more to share in the future too.
I want to be an inspiration to others, live life fully and continue showing kindness to people. Thank you for reading.
