Boredom leads to failure ... How to lead yourself toward change

Frustration and not trying to change is one of the most important factors that make us fail in our lives
We wake up in the morning and fill the diary with a long list of tasks that we want to do on this day, but when we grab the phone and start browsing the sites, we do not know how the hours have passed and we are surprised that the day ends without achieving anything useful.

After a while, we feel that we are useless and that we are spending our days in a boring routine that will kill us one day. the great emptiness that we have created in our life that will make us think about life negatively will only make us think that the people around us are bad and that we do not deserve to live this life. But if we look at ourselves well, we will find that we are the reason .. We did not think about how to change our lifestyle .. We did not think about how to change our thinking or the atmosphere surrounding us .. We just succumbed to reality and waited for life around us to change without making any effort .. But the result was Nothing has changed, and our life passed and we didn't benefit from our days.

Do we really feel satisfied with our lives like this? How long will this situation last?
What some people do on social media, such as posting diaries, trivial photos, and things that are of no use to us.. it will increase our frustration and make us feel miserable because we cannot do the same.

Do you really want to change your life?

The first thing you need to do is filter your circle of people. comprehensive filtering for everything.
Enter the list of people you follow on Instagram, and ask yourself a question with each person whose picture you see in front of you .. Does this person add benefit to my day? Is this person posting something useful?
If the answer is no, then cancel the follow-up immediately and the same thing for your friends on Facebook or Twitter, or any website you follow throughout the day for no apparent benefit.
Honestly, when you get rid of these people, you will feel like you are one step closer to changing yourself.

Second, see the list of your goals that you wrote earlier, do you feel that you have achieved anything from them? Why are you failing to achieve some of them? Write down everything that comes to your mind. The negative thoughts that live in your mind this is the time to get rid of them.
Then divide your goals into smaller sections so you will not feel that they are just a burden on your shoulders and that you cannot do them.

Now when you wake up in the morning follow these steps:

  • Never touch your phone for an hour, I don't think there is anything is more important than your mind's rest
  • Make your bed, yes, as this has proven to be a great motivational boost for many people at the start of their day.
  • Get out of your room and breathe fresh air.
  • Sit with yourself and create a clear and specific plan for your day and do not set a lot of big tasks so that you do not feel frustrated when you come at the end of the day and find that you have achieved only a little
  • Make a cup of coffee for yourself
  • Hold your phone and look at the social networking sites, you will be surprised that he did not miss anything important, but you will see that your account has become different and you have started to see some articles that did not appear to you previously because of the overcrowding of your account with people who do not publish anything useful.
  • Start the work that you wrote in your to-do list with a break between each work and the next .. You will feel truly accomplished.

Do this daily and you will see that there is a difference in your lifestyle.

I feel this is the sign I have been waiting for, I have just been thinking if I am doing things the right way in terms of my personal life and my health. There comes a point where I feel just as you describe at the beginning, with no desire to do anything and for no reason.
