Hello everyone! Team OCD here with another update on our ongoing Community Incubation Program. The communities are trying their best to keep engagement levels up and are ready to welcome and guide new users. Community leaders/moderators continue to highlight great posts in our discord for some added curation.

We aim to support communities, help them grow, and allow users posting on genre-specific topics to find the right community spaces to interact with like-minded individuals and gain through the focused curation done by community leaders.

If you've started a new and unique genre-specific community that has the potential to raise a lot of activity, provided that your community has no existing similar community yet, feel free to apply for our incubation program - either by writing in the comment section or contacting us on our Discord in the #community-incubation channel. You can get more info about the program here.

Without further wait, below we give you details on the subscriber growth of the communities since our last post...

Photography Lovers has maintained the lead this week and there's no significant disruption in the rankings. Most communities are active and doing pretty well, and people are certainly checking them out as they explore diverse topics and contribute to interesting conversations across Hive. In terms of engagement, communities like Haveyoubeenhere, Movies & TV Shows, and Sports Talk Social had over 900 interactions and 160+ active users. Photography Lovers, Hive Gaming, On Chain Art, and Foodies Bee Hive are a few of the bigger communities that are popular and generate a lot of interaction and engagement on Hive. Emerging communities like Hive Motors, Architecture & Design, Toys on Hive, and Hive Book Club are also showing continuous growth.

Silver Bloggers and Motherhood communities are now officially part of the incubation program! Please do check out the authors in those communities.

What's the one new community you subscribed to recently? We'd love to know in the comments.

We're looking forward to adding more communities that focusing on different subjects to our incubation program, and helping them grow with curation and/or delegations.

These posts aim to highlight the communities as well as their curation accounts that post the curation reports, and if you find a community interesting, do feel free to have a look around or subscribe. They'd be happy to welcome and guide you.

The community moderators/curators are doing a great job trying to onboard and help new users as well as highlighting great content for curation. Users must find the right communities and subscribe to those that interest them, which keeps them active and engaged. Thanks for reading!

We would appreciate it if you want to delegate to @ocdb and earn some daily returns with a low fee which can be tracked on our website and vote for our witness if you appreciate what we're doing on Hive.

Have you stumbled upon some new communities that are unique to the ones above and would like to see them get supported? Feel free to mention them here in the comments or join us on Discord and talk about it there in the #community-incubation channel! Please note that this is only for unique niches/genres of communities, nothing "general original content" or country or language-based.

OCD Has a Hive Witness ... @OCD-Witness!

You can vote for @ocd-witness, with HiveSigner or on Hive Witnesses.

@ocdb supports community curation!
You can delegate to @ocdb for daily liquid hive returns from curation rewards - check out thegoodwhales.io.

The Motherhood community is proud to be part of this amazing program!!! and we are thankful for the opportunity it grants to our community members who do amazing quality posts!

Thanks, O.C.D. for this opportunity. Willout it, we at the motherhood community would be willout a place to write our quality content and would not be able to aim for the best level of quality possible.

Thank you so very much @ocd for accepting Silver Bloggers, nothing to do with coins btw for those not familiar with us, it in fact refers to that mop on our heads although a couple of #silverbloggers have had theirs repossessed ;)
Please note our community account name however is @hive-106316.

One of the best gift I have is that am happy to be alive to witness this great platform and lot of exciting partnerships

Love being part of this, if any of you guys have any automotive posts you’d like to share, we’d love to see them - thank you @ocdb

Goodevening my time, laudable initative here @ocd, giving ventilation to the proliferation of more and more communities within this HIVE ecosystem as well as strengthening the existing ones.

My name is Eliakim,I'm new in this Hive set-up(barely 2weeks old) and still very much a novice as to what is happening here. THE ONE NEW COMMUNITY I have subscribed to(like your post asks) is @sportstalksocial.

Lastly and most importantly, I want to appreciate you for coming out to give me a warm welcome some days back. I do not take that gesture of yours for granted and I could have thanked you before now only that I didn't know one can't just be dropping messages around without what you guys call "Resource credit". So I had to wait till it increases.
Please savour my latest:

It will lead you into something funny about my birthday.

Finally I don't mind all the help you or anyone can offer that I grow quickly here as I am committed to being consistent.

Best regards.

I didn't know one can't just be dropping messages around without what you guys call "Resource credit". So I had to wait till it increases.

This is a problem only in the beginning. After your account grows, you will not even notice it. For example if you have approximately 300 Hive Power, you can post comments without checking your Resource Credits (RC).

Technically I currently have 264 Hive Power and 265M Resource Credits (RC). 1 comment costs approximately 1.1M. My recharge rate is 53M per day. I could post approximately 48 comments per day without depleting the amount of my Resource Credits (RC). Posting around 50 comments every day is highly unrealistic for the average user, but it is not impossible. I just/only say that it should be more than enough for the average user. Most people do not even post 20 comments per day.

Finally I don't mind all the help you or anyone can offer that I grow quickly here as I am committed to being consistent.

Grow quickly? Probably no. Maybe with exceptional content. Rather slow and steady, if you are consistent with quality content. And even that is still not a guarantee to anything.

Just wanted to say it's so cool that you track the growth of these communities, and it feels so good to see @ocd 's positive impact on Hive. Thanks for all you and the team do. 🙏

friends of @ocd is a pleasure for me to offer as a community @laradio is a hispanic community but with a very good interaction where they treat hive and discord as a magazine and radio programming have many initiatives and entertaining and educational programming.

It's great to see that Silver bloggers, @hive-106316 have been added to the @ocd incubation program. This is a community that I have just recently joined and I'm enjoying it very much. The team that @106316 has put together to get this community off of the ground and keep it running like clockwork could not be better.

I'd like to thank you once again for this opportunity to be part of the community incubation program.
Can you pls recommend an art related community for me?!🙂

Can you recommend art related communities? I have joined Motherhood and hopefully will have good engagements there.
