I've got three things for you today. A rant, a lesson about killing what was meant to help you live well, and a quick request.
As part of my field of study I would love to share with you some tips on natural foods/fruits that when eaten right helps you age less and live longer

From a brain health perspective,care for the brain involves 8hr sleep daily, learn to eat natural food like walnuts because they have a significantly high concentration of DNA, a type of omega -3fatty acid which improves cognitive performance and prevent ameliorate.
2. Heart
A major source like antioxidant lycopene which reduces the risk of heart diseases and cancer.Nutrients in tomatoes like vitamin B and E known as flavonoids boost heart health.
3. Lungs
The resveratrol found in grapes reduces inflammation and helps protect you from diabetes. Anthocyanin also maintenance food sensory properties as they provide the characteristics color to fruits and help lower blood pressure.it also protect functions of the lungs as they age. Eating more of natural supplements and fruits is more beneficial to your health. so eat more of fruits than junk and fatty foods.
