It's hard to know how you feel if you won't say it
It's hard to keep people around when your attitude sprays skunk
It's hard to understand you if you won't open up and try
We all need love and you don't have to sabotage the efforts
Allow someone to love you because we all need help
You've acted strong for too long but at least learn to try
Asking for help doesn't mean you are weak
Someone showing care to you doesn't mean it's malicious
Stop second-guessing everything and allow someone to love you
We accept the love we think we deserve and it's okay to try
You don't push people away and expect them to still stick around
You don't test loyalty by shoving people while playing with their emotions
This isn't a Hollywood movie where they would always come back
Don't forget they are humans and have emotions too
It's okay to keep to yourself but allow someone to love you too
No one can make it out here all alone
You have been strong for so long, now, allow someone to love you for real and love yourself first
