Hello beautiful people. Food, they say, is King and thats why I love food and also love to share with you my family on hive. Now today, I made Ata dudu, known as Black pepper and boiled white rice with it.

Now the name black pepper diesnt necessarily mean the stew will be black like charcoal, no, it simply means the pepper used in unripe but hey, it sure has its own benefits in the body. Now to the making...

First get some green tomatoes and green pepper and grate them together with onions.

Make sure you use grater to grate your pepper and not blender, because blender will make it too soft and thats not what we need.

Now to fry it, you need;
Palm oil
Onions
Locust beans (Iru)
Ponmo
Dry Fish
Seasoning
Salt to taste

To fry it, first pour your palm oil in a dry pan and make it heat above normal then slice some onions in it and make it almost burn. After that, put all other recipes, that is Locust beans (Iru, Ponmo, Dry Fish, Seasoning and Salt to taste and allow to fry for a while and then add your grated pepper and allow to fry well.

There you have it, as simple as that. Now get your rice on the fire, I believe everyone knows how to make rice.
