Exactly right. Cream rises to the top...the best contributors will be rewarded and the worst contributors won't be rewarded...rather they would be ignored. Once they see that their posts are not earning them anything because they are not adding value, they will stop because there will be no incentive. We don't need some bully users acting as the police. The platform can police itself freely.
