Why I Started Blogging? Reasons Why You Should Too!

in OCD4 years ago

No matter how busy you are, if you are a blogger, you will take some time out for blogging for sure. That's what happened to me!

Nowadays, I am so busy with my business, and suddenly I felt that something is missing. It's not me! I always had time for reading and writing. So, I am back to my track. From now on, I will give at least 1 hour in writing and reading other blogs.

Is Bill Gates a busy man? Or you and me?
I think the answer should be Bill Gates.

Did you know that Bill Gates never forgot to do one thing during his busy schedule? And that is reading books. And that's not one or two books, almost 50 books a year!!! This means that he reads one book every week.
How many books do we read in a year? For me, it's not so much!

Besides Bill, most of the successful people follow this routine; they actually follow the 5-hour rule.

This is just a random post to remind everyone that blogging is important. Why? Let's see -

Meaningful Thinking

You have to think a lot while writing an article. It helps to think meaningfully. The more you'll think, the more you'll learn. If you blog regularly, the area of your knowledge will increase day by day. Thus blogging will make you confident as well.

Easily Accessible

Anyone can start blogging anytime he/she wants. You can start blogging without any cost or you can just make a site on WordPress or blogger and buy a domain to make it more user friendly. Entry to blogging career is easy and output is enormous. For example - Just look at Hive! No entry fee, moreover you can earn money by positing beside gaining popularity.

Personal Branding

Your name or your brand name will be in people's memory only when they get your content every day. Let me give you an example - those who are on my follower list, they see my SEO related posts more often. Maybe it's about Hive's SEO or just basic SEO tips, But the post is related to SEO. So most followers in my Hive profile think that I am an SEO specialist.

Blogging is helping me with personal branding.

Earn Money

I got my basic SEO education from ShoutmeLoud, which is a top educational website by Harsh Agarwal. It's actually a blog site on SEO which's monthly organic traffic is 350,000+. He is using Google Adsense on his website, so imagine how much he is earning from his website!

Have a look at Hive. Check how much-renowned bloggers are earning each month! Earning is one of the main benefits of blogging. But believe me, you won't earn a single dime until you have some passion for what you're doing.

Build Audience

The easy way to reach to the targeted audience is blogging. Quality blogging allows you to create a large audience base, and thus you can reach to a certain class of readers. By getting subscriptions, fans, and followers you can grow your reputation easily.

Blogging is Inspiring

Remember, what you are doing in your blog, you're inspiring others. Blogging gives you chance to encourage readers with your ideology.
