"Inspiring Shit" ...are you still living your 'digital' life only in the tiny bubble of Hive?

@trafalgar

There is a power user here on Hive, (who obviously started his 'crypto social' blogging career on Steem), to who apparently things hasn't went too bad until now within the DPoS blockchains. He started his adventure here on 2017-03-20, 23:12.

Currently his investment and Hive stake shows the nice figure of 1,015,554 HP in his fat wallet. And his upvote as 'curator' at 100% VP grants around $9.16 dohlah$.

He looks pretty active manually curating content here in Hive every day. And from what I've been able to observe so far, he use to upvote only at full 100% of his voting power randomly to around 10 different authors and their content daily.

In his profile he registers a long list of 11,087 followers, but he just follows 52 only.

A deeper and closer inspection of this account informs us that this user currently is obtaining Hive earnings of around $1,537.50 every 30 days or monthly. Exclusively from curation rewards. Since he has 7 months that he doesn't publish anything.

A very well known Alt account of this popular power user also shows us some very interesting statistics regarding his wealth and earnings from content curation here.

This Alter Ego was born and registered in the Steem blockchain on 2017-10-24, 20:22. Yep, 7 months later that his twin daddy. And like his twin daddy, he was also a very prolific author in the content creation department sometime in the past.

Since his posts count shows that he has made 8864 posts until today. Evidenly, this figure would have to be distributed among several top notch original articles and a heap of comments. Which implies that this Alt also used to be a good engager.

However, according to what I have seen, with articles whose quality of content is far worse from that of its twin daddy. Whose posts count shows the also enviable figure of 11994 posts. Again, between top notch original articles and a heap of comments.

In his profile this Alt registers a list of 2.733 followers and he just follows 13 only.

He also shows the pretty nice Hive stake figure of 87,638 HP within his fat wallet and his upvote as 'curator' at full 100% VP grants merely $0.64 dohlah$. And currently is obtaining Hive earnings of around $100.00 every 30 days or monthly.

He also looks pretty active curating content here in Hive every day. Only that in his case, he never votes manually but always following in his daddy's footsteps. But that nevertheless, like his twin daddy, he always also votes at 100% of his voting power.

Unlike his twin daddy. Who has not published for 7 months. This Alter Ego hasn't posted and commented anything for over a year. Neither on Steem nor on Hive.

Ok, and what does all this long and tedious preamble have to do with what is in the title of this post? I bet you are surely wondering.

Well, probably nothing. But it's just that I recently wandering out there across the internet. I stumbled with a pretty curious piece of news that caught my attention. A guy on twitter whose username was pretty familiar to me. He had just posted an intriguing tweet pointing to one of his articles on his private blog on the web.

Where he claimed to have earned more than one hundred thousand dollars in just one week through the sale of something digital he have recently created that had basically only taken him a couple of hours of work. Including all its marketing and promotion on social media.

Well, obviously that made me curious and I wanted to find out what it was about. I wanted to know what his secret was. And particularly, because I really thought he was someone I already knew. And well, I simply found my way to read his story.

The story that I shared here at the beginning of this article.

Oh! that you haven't clicked yet? Shit man! but wadda mania with you people who always refuse to pass the mouse over the images that I publish in my posts to find out if there is any hidden link in there. Huh?

But hey, to try to make a long story short. It turned out that although his story and performance through it were quite interesting and inspiring. It turned out that at the end of the entire investigation. I was left with a great and disturbing doubt.

A great and disturbing doubt that forced me to continue investigating.

It will be this guy with such a nose for opportunity. His apparent business savvy. Inspiring marketing and promotional skills. And the daring and impudence of pretending to charge much more for a digital product that without having taken him a lot of time and work to create it, he risked to charge and ask for it a much higher price than others could dare to ask for a similar product?

Could this be the same guy I thought he was going to be because his username on the internet sounded familiar to me?

The truth is that I still don't know!

¡Check this out!

Do you think they can both be the same dude?

Do you think any of them underwent plastic surgery to avoid being recognized and preserve his privacy and anonymity?

Which of these two guys do you think is really the true owner of such a well-known nickname online and who pocketed such a beautiful amount of money in such a short time? Can it be both? Can it be none? Can both avatars be fake just to mislead?

Yeah, perhaps the most important thing in this story is not to identify which of the two is the real deal behind this modest financial feat of business vision and a sense of opportunity. Which is what in the end I have highlighted in the headline of this post. Right?

1. Is the context of this whole story inspiring or not?

2. Did you catch the main message of this post or not?

3.Are you hoping to make a living only within the tiny bubble of Hive or not?

4. Are you now aware that there are many other ways to be productive online and maybe earn a living if you are really creative. If you are truly on the lookout for good business opportunities and do you have enough nose to know where you are standing in the digital world? Are you young and talented enough?

5. And of course, do you have the knowledge, the desire, the will and the courage to try what others do not dare to try for fear of what they can say?

Who cares what others can say?

As an old Venezuelan who lives in Venezuela. I have to admit that none of this is an easy task for my compatriots. Especially with such a precarious, very unstable and almost non-existent internet services. In addition to the constant blackouts and odd power cuts that we suffer over here daily and every so often.

It certainly makes everything more difficult for us. But sheesh brothers! We have to think outta the box way more often. Earning only pennies from crypto charity we are not going to get anywhere. At least not anytime soon. And perhaps not before we have completely succumbed of inanition while we are waiting for a big strike of luck on the speculative cryptomarkets.

Ok, for my countrymen, just click here and READ an article "En español" in case you didn't understand this post or you don't want to have to use Google Translator to decipher my spanglish. So that at least you find out what this post is about. :)

Because to really move on, it is definitely necessary that we play other games online.

Paperclip Game

Or I don't know. Maybe we should become a Stamp Collector or something around those lines. ¿Huh?

Because at the end of the day. Perhaps we should pay more attention to a trio of old adages very popular in my country:

  1. ¡Para aprender hay que caer! - To learn you have to fall!

  2. ¿Cuanto hay pa eso? - How much is there for that?

  3. ¡Dinero llama dinero! - Money calls money!

Yeah! because perhaps it's just a matter of having a lil bit more of loose time in our hands and maybe 'merely' a lot more of money available to gamble and put at risk.

Pues, la verdad, creo, el truco está ahí...reunir la mayor cantidad de HP posible y al final del camino, cuando te canses de publicar (porque vendrá el momento), vivir de la renta...no parece condenable el asunto...solo que no todos tienen la persistencia. Saludos..!

So who's the HIVE / STEEM user you are referring to?
Haejin or whatever his name is?

We've asked repeatedly and recently were able to make contact to ask him to stop "curating" in this community, hopefully that'll drive a lot of the garbage away that were flocking just for his "maximize my alts returns" votes.
