I know you guys getting sick of cooking at home during this lockdown. I've been also cooking every single day at home for over a month now, and I started to get tired of it even though I love to cook 😂
So here I got a new recipe really simple & easy but taste amazing for you. It's Sesame Garlic Ramen Noddles!! I love sesame oil, garlic, ramen noodles individually, however combining all together?! Mmmm 😋😋😋
The best part of this recipe is so easy and quick to make! You can make this in less than 10 minutes 🖤
Stay strong & healthy everyone!!
Sesame Garlic Ramen Noddles
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 3 mins
Total: 8 mins
Servings: 1
Ingredients
• 1 package (120g) ramen noodles w/o seasoning (I used Korean brand Jin-ramen) 1. Ta-da! It's soooo easy, isn't it? Sesame oil has a low heat point, so I don't use it for frying purposes that often. However, I can't believe how it made noodles so savory! The minced garlic taste was also excellent!! Omg, I'm so addicted to this noodle ;) I think I can have this every single meal haha. I hope you enjoy it 😍
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
• 3 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
Alright, let's start by boiling the water in the small pot. We're going to cook the ramen noodles without the seasoning for about 3 minutes. (Note: Read the instructions written on the noodle package and adjust the cooking time according to the type of ramen. Mine said to cook for 4 minutes, and I just cooked 3 minutes because I like a little bit hard texture of noodles)
2.
While the ramen is boiling we're going to bring a medium size pan and add 1 Tbsp of sesame oil, and 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlic, and stir-fry them over medium-low heat.
3. When garlic smell comes up add 3 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 Tbsp of brown sugar (you can add a little bit more of it, or a little bit less of it as you prefer).
4.
When soy sauce starts to make bubbles, fish out the cooked noodles and add to the pan & stir-fry them for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
