1-1 sounds like a good deal. Then again, if you can get 2.5K sats for Steem, then it might be worth waiting a few months until that 100 million Hive in the HDF starts hitting the market, that'll bring the price down in the medium term, probably?
Also once all the hype dies down and people realize this place is basically just Steem, more downward pressure on the price.
