On the banks of the river Paraná is the great monument to the flag, the place where in 1812 Cornel Belgrano raised the national flag for the first time.
Construction began on 1943 and due to various inflation problems in which costs were readjusted, it was finished in 1957 (14 years)
Sobre las orillas del rio parana se encuentra el gran monumento a bandera, lugar donde en el 1812 el cornel Belgrano iza por primera vez la bandera nacional.
La construcción comenzó en 1943 y por diversos problemas de inflación en los cuales se reajustaban los costos se termino en 1957 (14 años)
