How to know a child is being bullied at school

Bullying or intimidating, often happens around us but too often we ignore. In school institutions, knowing which children have been or are being bullied or bullied can actually be known. Not difficult, just need to open up a little more empathy.

In my opinion, the main key for each party (especially teachers) in identifying victims of bullying, physical intimidation is to first eliminate thoughts that are prejudiced / assume nothing has happened before it causes victims. This kills the victim and feeds the intruder.

Yes, children are cute and adorable creatures. Unless they're in high school, I personally don't think they're "kids" anymore.
The question is can children do evil? The answer is clearly yes. They are human, have the feeling, the heart, the feeling of wanting more and have the facilities to do that. At the level before the age of 13 years, crime, bullying, especially because of jealousy, being different and thinking what they are doing is right, plus their social conditions outside of school.
Early symptoms that can be read when a child experiences bullying, bullying or intimidation in my opinion are as follows.

When it comes to physical bullying, it's a little easier. Just look at the difference in the cleanliness of a child's uniform, shoes, hat or hair. In the morning it should be clean. Bullying occurs at rest. Pay attention to the smallest details possible. Ask. The more general the answer, the more likely it is that bullying will occur, because the victim must be afraid (threatened/feeling threatened) if other people know about it. Or notice cuts, bruises, or changes in body movement (people who are usually active, become quiet) sometimes experience because of the pain.

Knowing the general characteristics of students. Those who are oppressed, will change their emotions. It could be that what was active is now passive or it could be difficult to control. Turning moody, quiet can also be an indication. If something is "out of the ordinary", approach it immediately and find out. Still related to emotions, behavior and habit changes must also be a benchmark.
Academic grades can be used for warnings (although often in the form of an alarm phase). A decrease in interest in learning and interest in school is very likely to occur, but this is an indication (if bullying occurs) that it has been going on for quite a long time.

Every child has their own resistance, but being bullied for only a week doesn't make them hopeless, usually. It also depends on what is being disturbed.
Basically bullying is carried out in schools, due to a lack of understanding to children that mutual respect and acceptance of each individual as a whole, as a human being, is something that must come first.

It is undeniable that supervision cannot always be carried out actively by school officials, given the existing limitations, but creating conditions, culture and climate of mutual tolerance and respect is important, rather than building exclusivity which may be inadvertent.
