Hola @love-scout, no sé quién eres, pero sentí la necesidad de agradecerte por al menos tomarte un par de minutos para darle la bienvenida a nuestros nuevos atletas y usuarios, muchos aquí en Hive ya no desean interactuar, siempre hay usuarios altamente a la defensiva que terminan ahuyentando a los nuevos usuarios o a los pocos que se quedan en Hive trabajando por su progreso. Gracias por que lo que haces, porque en cierta forma beneficia a las comunidades que recomiendas visitar, la usuaria @palomap3 también es una de las pocas personas que dedica tiempo valioso en apoyar y dar la bienvenida a los nuevos usuarios, eso es muy importante, espero en el futuro muchos usuarios con o sin HP tengan el mínimo de diligencia con la comunidad y se no aboquen en hostigamientos hacia los pocos líderes que trabajamos (haya o no hay financiamiento).
Siempre que desees etiquetar a la comunidad o apoyar a los chicos nuevos de SWC tienes mi total apoyo, es en estos momentos donde más deberíamos concentrarnos en como “retener” a nuestros creadores de contenido.

Hello @love-scout, I don't know who you are, but I felt the need to thank you for at least taking a couple of minutes to welcome our new athletes and users. Many here at Hive no longer want to interact, and there are always highly defensive users who end up scaring away new users or the few who stay at Hive working on their progress. Thank you for what you do, because in a way it benefits the communities you recommend visiting. User @palomap3 is also one of the few people who dedicates valuable time to supporting and welcoming new users, that is very important. I hope that in the future, many users with or without HP will show a minimum of diligence with the community and will not engage in harassment towards the few leaders who work (whether there is funding or not).
Whenever you want to tag the community or support the new SWC members, you have my full support. It is at times like these that we should focus most on how to “retain” our content creators.
