In the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for coffee by consumers has decreased somewhat, although from within and outside the country, and with the Covid-19 pandemic, the price is certain to fall from the price of Rp. 120,000, - / kg up to Rp. 80.00, - / kg even though coffee prices have decreased, but orders are still below average. The last thing I know is that 6 tons of Aceh coffee were sent abroad, if I'm not mistaken, the European Union and several other countries such as Singapore, the United States, Malaysia and Canada and many more.

At the time of the Acting Governor, Bpk. Nova Iriansyah said that the Aceh government would ask for assistance from the central government in overcoming the Aceh coffee problem, meaning how to increase people's purchasing power. local and international communities for Aceh coffee, we know that until now what the governor said had not materialized. However, the hope of the coffee farming community still holds the words of Mr. Nova Iriansyah as the Acting Governor who will find a solution to this problem and will ask for help from the center in overcoming this coffee.

This issue has actually been discussed and discussed by the regional government itself (central Aceh ). The local government will not be able to accommodate or buy all the coffee produced by farmers, and the local treasury will not be able to buy it.
