¡Hard times¡ meditate help.
This is my entry for this week, from all the stress we are feeling from this quarantine, I relaxed a little with the photo of @muelli and took it to the next level of meditation, achieving a sunset scenario, to meditate and stimulate self-healing , to provide greater awareness and creativity, stimulate my brain area assigned to happiness and joy, and increase IQ and stimulate the immune system, to keep the crown away from my body.

Meditation is really complicated, since it is a very abstract concept that each person lives in a particular way, for currently it helps me maintain mental health, and achieve a better concentration when doing this type of work.
I like this work pretty much. The beach is a good place to meditate. Greetings @lagatayarit

This collage represents meditation as an alternative for people who use this practice to disconnect from what is happening so as not to be affected psychologically and not to relapse into depression or other traumatic pathology that has led people to make unexpected decisions as escape this situation that we are experiencing today with the covid-19 and its general consequences.
