Let's Make a Collage (Round 39) – New wings - Nuevas alas

Hey, friends of Collage and the LMAC Community.

When I looked at the image I felt a deep sadness. The statues had broken wings and their faces were hopeless.

So I decided to change the sky with a Japanese paper background. The sky in the image I left as a kind of mountain range on the horizon.

To encourage the statues I placed three elements: the angel, the pigeons that with much effort move new wings and a girl playing the guitar that sings a beautiful sea song.

Then, looking for balance, I placed some clouds in the delicate pink sky.

I hope you like my collage and that the statues can fly.

With this collage I accept the submission to the @shaka contest. If you want to participate you can check the rules HERE Round 39.

Hola amigos del Collage y de la Comunidad LMAC.

Cuando miré la imagen sentí una profunda tristeza. Las estatuas tenían las alas rotas y sus rostros son de desesperanza.

Entonces decidí cambiar el cielo con un fondo de papel japonés. El cielo de la imagen lo dejé como una especie de cadena montañosa en el horizonte.
Para animar a las estatuas ubiqué tres elementos: el ángel, las palomas que con mucho esfuerzo trasladan alas nuevas y una chica tocando la guitarra que entona una hermosa canción marinera.

Luego, buscando equilibrio coloqué unas nubes en el delicado cielo rosado.

Espero que les guste mi collage y que las estatuas puedan volar.

I'm satisfied with the final artwork. The message is very simple.
Believe it or not, the clouds are of great importance. Without them there is no balance in the design.

It is wonderful when we realize our intentions, whether in art or in other parts of our lives. I have felt that sometimes, that the piece pleases me and that is sufficient.

I do see the role of the clouds. Perhaps 'balance' is one of the reasons the collage is so visually pleasing.
