The latent danger is not measured, and for example I comment that Russian troops already control the nuclear plant of Zaporiyia, the largest in Europe, of course after bombing it.
La guerra es uno de los actos mas inhumanos que puedan cometerse ya que ocurre una desorganización social, en donde reina la violencia y el atropello. Actualmente, existe un confrontamiento entre Rusia y Ucrania en donde privan las relaciones de poder, las disputas económicas, ideológicas y territoriales. No se mide el peligro latente, y por ejemplo comento que las tropas rusas ya controlan la planta nuclear de Zaporiyia, la más grande de Europa, claro esta despues de bombardearla.
