How is it that Google which is a huge Multi-National Company costing me Money?
The answer is pretty simple, it's Android and especially their Android Updates that fked me up. I have all my Android Apps on Auto Update which means as soon as the update hits the Playstore my Smartphone Automatically Downloads it and Installs it for my use. The reason I have set things up this way is that I like to use new features as soon as possible. But this time it backfired on me.
Lately, I have been dabbling in Intraday Trading of Stocks and I made a decent profit out of a Miniscule amount that I invested but yesterday everything went down the drain. Since I have my Job I trade on my Smartphone on the go but yesterday Google released an update for their Android Webview and once the update was applied not a single app worked smoothly.
When all of this was happening I was holding a Short Sell Position on a particular company and I was making nice profits until it started bouncing back up. Now I would have liquidated my position before I was incurring any loss but thanks to the Bug in the Android Webview my App was just crashing every single time I opened it. I was literally watching my Money go down the drain and I could do nothing.
Luckily I found a nearby Cafe and I logged in via their Computer which I know was risky but I had no choice at that point in time. I stopped my loss at around 11230 INR which is approximately 150 USD. After that was done I cleared everything from the Computer of the Cafe and just to be extra safe I came home and changed my Passwords as well. You know it's better to be safe than sorry.
The reason I am a little pissed is that I am ok with losing money when it's my fault but I am never ok with Losing money for something that I had no control over. This is also a lesson that served for me as from now on I will definitely Trade on Stop-Loss which was a mistake on my part and I just have to live with that.

I'd suggest using a Free and Open Source alternative like LineageOS where you can control every aspect of your phone. That's if your phone supports it.
Hello @arunava
I'm still in the process of learning about this, but the experience you tell us served as a warning to you for a worse situation.
Best regards.
At least you have learned wisdom from that mistake.
